Competitor sues McCormick over black pepper tins

Watkins Inc. is suing the spice giant McCormick & Co. for allegedly under-filling its black pepper tins, misleading both retailers and consumers. McCormick has denied the suit's claims and has said it will put up a vigorous defense.
