Congressmen Seek Review of CVS/Caremark Merger

Four Democrats and a like number of Republicans have written a letter to the Federal Trade Commission asking for the agency to re-examine CVS's acquisition of Caremark. The lawmakers cite concerns that CVS Caremark is engaged in "unfair and deceptive business practices that are causing harm to consumers, patients and local community pharmacies."
