Consumers Honoring Picket Lines in California

Roughly 7,500 grocery store workers employed by Raley’s and Nob Hill went on strike in Northern California yesterday. The workers, represented by the United Food and Commercial Workers union, and the grocery chains have been negotiating on a new deal for 15 months without success.
