Consumers love H-E-B's new Texas Tough plastic bag multipack

H-E-B has launched Texas Tough, a single box designed with slits to dispense plastic bags in sizes ranging from snack to gallon. Dya Campos, H-E-B's director of public affairs, said the variety pack was an "epiphany" turned into a drawer-friendly container for its line of private label plastic bags.
