Consumers Prefer Supermarket Meat

Consumers prefer to buy their fresh meat from conventional supermarkets and more of that appears to be of the natural/organic variety, according to the results of a study released by the American Meat Institute and the Food Marketing Institute at the 2007 Annual Meat Conference.
