Consumers urged not to rack up holiday debt

Organizations are campaigning for consumers to be a little less "consumery" this holiday season to avoid piling up debt. Americans added $1,325 in average debt last year as they bought holiday gifts and other items on credit, according to a post-holiday survey by MagnifyMoney.
