Consumers Wouldn't Go Shopping with Stimulus Check

Fewer than four in ten consumers say they would use the proceeds from a stimulus check to shop for the holidays, according to a survey by Opinion Research Corp. conducted for the International Council of Shopping Centers and Goldman Sachs.
