Costco and Dillard’s top customer satisfaction list

Customer satisfaction levels among retailers improved 4.7 percent last year following two years of declines, according to the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index. Costco and Dillard’s, with identical scores of 83 out of 100, were the highest rated chains in the survey.
