Coughlin Wants Suit Dismissed

A lawyer for the former vice chairman of Wal-Mart, Tom Coughlin, asked a judge to dismiss a lawsuit brought against his client by the company. Mr. Coughlin says he is protected from suit by the company by an agreement the two parties signed when he resigned.
