Court Backs Walgreens' Position on Tobacco Ban

California's First District Court of Appeal has ruled that a law in San Francisco banning the sale of tobacco products in drugstores is unconstitutional because it allows the same items to be sold in other stores such as supermarkets that also have pharmacies.
