Court Blocks Amazon Law in Colorado

A U.S. District Court has issued an injunction against a law passed in Colorado last year requiring e-tailers that do not collect the state's sale tax to notify customers they are responsible to pay it. The law also requires merchants to provide customers with a report detailing annual purchases so they will know the proper amount to pay the state.
