January 8, 2025

According to a press release, Cracker Barrel is spicing up the winter season with fresh additions to its menu. New offerings include Crispy Tender Dippers paired with a bold twist on Nashville Hot sauce, a Signature Saucy Chicken Sandwich, and Chicken n’ Dumplin Soup.

“After the holiday hustle, there is nothing better than kicking back with some real, crave-worthy comfort food,” said Sarah Moore, chief marketing officer at Cracker Barrel. “Our new Crispy Tender Dippers are the perfect way to enjoy our fan-favorite fried chicken tenders in a whole new way. And with our bold, new Nashville Hot sauce – our spicy twist on a Tennessee classic, inspired by 55 years of tradition — you can turn up the heat and bring some country-style warmth to those chilly winter days.”

Cracker Barrel’s Crispy Tender Dippers bring together their signature hand-breaded chicken, customizable dipping sauces, and hearty sides for a satisfying meal. Guests can turn up the heat this winter by pairing these tenders with the brand-new Nashville Hot Sauce, a bold, flavorful twist on the classic that’s sure to elevate any dish.

Joining the menu with a touch of country-style flair are two other fresh additions. The Signature Saucy Chicken Sandwich features a crispy, hand-breaded chicken breast in a toasted buttermilk bun, topped with pickles, mayo, and a drizzle of one of Cracker Barrel’s signature sauces. Options include Buttermilk Ranch, Honey Mustard, BBQ, Maple Chipotle, Carolina Gold BBQ, and the spicy new Nashville Hot Sauce.

Guests can also try the new Chicken n’ Dumplin Soup, a hearty and flavorful addition to the menu. This comforting soup features homestyle dumplings, tender shredded chicken, and a medley of celery, carrots, and onions, all simmered in a rich, savory broth that’s perfect for warming up on chilly days.

Additional Menu Items Include the Return of Beloved Cracker Barrel Customer Favorites

In addition to these new items, Cracker Barrel is inviting its customers to stop by for three returning fan-favorite options.

First, Cracker Barrel has brought back a popular drink: Sparkling Sugar Plum Mimosa, which is made with sparkling wine and a touch of sweet winter fruits. Guests can also enjoy Sugar Plum Tea, a seasonal iced tea offering featuring the same sweet, wintery fruit pairings without the alcohol.

Early dinner deals are also back, where Cracker Barrel customers can enjoy small portions of fan favorites like Chicken n’ Dumplins, Meatloaf, Fried Homestyle Chicken, Smoky Southern Grilled Chicken, and Steak Tips Dinner, starting for as little as $8.99 when you dine Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 p.m.

Finally, the chain brought back the sunrise pancake special, which is available all day and starts at just $7.99 for an order of Cracker Barrel’s fluffy pancakes. Visit the restaurant’s website to order online or learn more about these seasonal menu items and deals.
