Cracker Barrel Reveals Sweet and Indulgent Spring Menu

It’s time to kick back and enjoy the flavors of spring at Cracker Barrel with its sweet and indulgent seasonal menu.

The beloved restaurant kicks off the sweetest season of the year with a plethora of new menu items, including its OREO Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes, Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet, and Shrimp n’ Grits. A press release reveals an array of new choices for customers to choose from.

Cracker Barrel’s new Louisiana-Style Shrimp Skillet is a plate of grilled shrimp with a zesty creole sauce, with the addition of seasoned rice, grilled parmesan bread, and the choice of one of the eatery’s famous sides. Cracker Barrel’s Shrimp n’ Grits platter features shrimp simmered in a zesty creole sauce with Andouille sausage, sweet onions, celery, and red peppers. This delicious mix is served over grits and accompanied by grilled parmesan sourdough bread.

Along with the OREO pancakes and shrimp dishes, Cracker Barrel is also bringing to the table new Signature Pancake Platters. These plates are available in six different flavor toppings: Blueberry, Pecan, Chocolate Chip, Fresh Strawberry, Cinnamon Spiced Apples, and Country Peach. Each sweet stack is served with a savory side of any style of eggs, bacon, or sausage.

“Our spring menu lineup is just as bold and savory as it is sweet and indulgent,” said Sarah Moore, chief marketing officer at Cracker Barrel. “Our new Creole Shrimp skillets appease guests with an appetite for fresh flavors and zest this season; for those wanting something a bit more indulgent, our new OREO® Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes, a new twist on our staple Strawberry Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes, are sure to delight.”

Cracker Barrel Welcomes Spring With Even More Menu Choices

Along with plenty of breakfast options, Cracker Barrel has created other new dishes this spring exclusively for the eatery’s dedicated customers. Per a press release, these options include:

• Onion Petals with Country Comeback Sauce: Crispy, sweet Southern onion petals lightly battered and sprinkled with garlic salt, served with the signature Country Comeback dipping sauce.
• Strawberry Icebox Pie: A delightful, tangy-sweet dessert featuring a creamy pie filling set in a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberry slices.
• Pancake Latte: A delicious blend of espresso, steamed milk, and sweet maple flavor, crowned with whipped cream and a drizzle of pure maple syrup. Available hot or iced.
• Strawberry Peach Lemonade and Spritzer: A refreshing springtime drink made with Cracker Barrel’s old-fashioned lemonade, enhanced by seasonal strawberry and peach purees. For brunch, it’s paired with Moscato wine for an added twist.

These new menu options are available for a limited time. Cracker Barrel’s indulgent new spring menu is available as of Feb. 11, 2025.
