Creator Merchandise Company Spring Has Been Hit With 7 Lawsuits This Year

Spring, formerly known as Teespring, has faced seven lawsuits this year, following its asset sale to Amaze in late 2022. These lawsuits include claims from vendors and business partners alleging non-payment, as well as suits from shipping companies for breach of contract. The total sought in damages across all the lawsuits amounts to over $1.5 million.
