Cutter & Buck Makes Senior Level Appointments

Ernie Johnson was named chief executive and board director for Cutter & Buck. The men and women's apparel and accessories retailer also appointed Kaia Akre as president, Michael Gats as vice president and CFO and Jon Runkel as vice president of global sourcing and distribution.
