CVS deal for Oak Street Health is all about Medicare recipients

CVS's planned acquisition of Oak Street Health will give it a direct line to Medicare Part C recipients, which account for about half of all Americans receiving healthcare benefits as part of the federal program. Oak Street caters to Part C members at its 160 clinics across 21 states.
