CVS said it has reached a deal to acquire Signify for around $8 billion. Signify offers analytics and technology to enable a network of 10,000 doctors to make house calls to patients across the U.S. “Signify Health will play a critical role in advancing our health care services strategy and gives us a platform to accelerate our growth in value-based care,” said CVS CEO Karen Lynch.
