CVS raises annual forecast after strong quarter

CVS said that COVID-19 vaccines and testing helped boost its pharmacy business. The company posted earnings per share of $2.22, better than the $2.17 expected by Wall Street. The company raised its forecast for the year to earnings between $8.20 and $8.40 per share. The Wall Street consensus is $8.26.
