CVS takes heat for vaccinating New Yorkers in Connecticut stores

By the time Connecticut state officials visited a CVS in Waterford in February, the store had vaccinated 318 people with New York addresses and 301 residents from in-state. The issue arose out of a glitch with CVS's website that the drugstore retailer claimed has been fixed.
