TikTok US Operations to Be Run By Joint Venture

TikTok’s stateside operations will be helmed by the newly minted Joint Venture, a U.S.-owned company helmed by CEO Adam Presser. “The majority American owned Joint Venture will operate under defined safeguards that protect national security through comprehensive data protections, algorithm security, content moderation, and software assurances for U.S. users,” the group said (via CNN Business).
