TJ Maxx Signs Herald Towers NYC Lease

TJ Maxx is headed back to The Big Apple for the first time in a decade, signing a lease for a 40,000-square-foot space in Manhattan’s Herald Towers. This location places it across the street from Macy’s’ flagship store as well as Madison Square Gardens (via Chain Store Age).
