Winc, a digital wine club, is going public on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “WBEV”. The company’s subscriber based stood at 120,000 as of June 30, 2021. Winc acquired Natural Merchants, an importer of organic and biodynamic wines, sold at Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.
