Applebee’s to Watch Weight

The Applebee’s restaurant chain has announced it will add a new and separate
Weight Watchers section to its menus, according to a report from Reuters.

Later this year, Applebee’s will test food items developed in cooperation with
Weight Watchers. Concern over rising obesity rates (along with lawsuits) has
brought fast food and fast casual restaurant menus under increased scrutiny
in recent months.
