Police in North Carolina have arrested a Maryland man on 10 counts of financial identity fraud, according to The Associated Press.

Authorities claim the man, identified as Benjamin Uzzell, 45, of Accokeek Md., was in possession of 1,700 credit cards with lines of credit valued in excess of $405,000.
