McDonald's has made another move to improve its image with critics of its fast food fare.
Yesterday, the company named Cathy Kapica, Ph.D., R.D. as its director, worldwide nutrition, reports Reuters.
With its premium salads, chicken breast strips and other menu additions, McDonald's is attempting to curtail the type of nuisance suits brought against it recently by overweight customers and create a broader shopper base for its stores.
