Dishwashers Recalled After Fires Reported

Maytag is recalling 1.7 million dishwashers to repair a faulty heating element that may cause the appliances to catch fire. Consumers have the option of having their current units repaired for free or trading them in for a rebate on seven new models made by Maytag.
