Dr. Martens, whose boots are popular with punk rock musicians and fashion influencers, is considering going public on the London Stock Exchange. Permira Holdings, which owns the boot brand, is looking to sell all or parts of the company, which posted a sales increase of 18 percent during the six months ending Sept. 30.
