Dollar General, on a roll, opens new DC and 900 new stores

Dollar General announced that it would soon begin construction on a new distribution center in Longview, TX, a nearly 1 million-square-foot facility that should bring about 400 new jobs to the area. The dollar store chain is planning to add another 900 stores to the approximately 14,000 in operation.
