Dollar Tree shakes up board under pressure from activist investor

Former Dollar General CEO Richard Drilling was named executive chairman of Dollar Tree's board as part of a deal reached with the activist investor, Mantle Ridge. The firm's founder, Paul Hilal, was also named to the board along with five independent directors.
