Dreyer's to drop Eskimo Pie ice cream brand name

Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream announced it would retire its Eskimo Pie brand name. “We are committed to being a part of the solution on racial equality, and recognize the term is derogatory,” Elizabell Marquez, head of marketing for Dreyer’s, said in a statement.
