Dueling Vice Chairmans at Wal-Mart?

Wal-Mart is putting the head of its U.S. operation in charge of its international business and putting the head of its overseas operations in the role of domestic chief. Both have been promoted to vice chairman. The only question now is who will be the choice to eventually replace Lee Scott as CEO of the world's larget retailer.
