East Coast Retailers Brace for Blizzard, Part 2

As many Baltimore/D.C.-area retailers struggle to dig out and restock in the wake of last weekend's blizzard, another major storm is scheduled to begin dumping up to a foot and a half of snow on the region this afternoon.
