Elon Musk trashes Twitter and tries to walk out on deal

Elon Musk went public with criticisms of Twitter's business and financial weaknesses after having made a deal to acquire the company. Now he wants to back out. Twitter's board is crying foul and seeking to force Mr. Musk to hold to his bargain.
