Employees Take Ownership of Minnesota Grocery Business

Joe Lueken decided he needed to sell his five stores after Parkinson's made it too difficult for him to keep up with the duties of running the business. Instead of selling to outsiders, he made a deal to turn the business into an employee owned enterprise.
