Employer-Provided Health Insurance Costs Rise Again

The average cost of employer-provided health insurance for families in the U.S. rose five percent last year to $13,375, according to the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation. Total premiums paid by U.S. workers have increased 131 percent over the past 10 years compared to 38 percent for wages.
