Equity Firm Looks to Take 25 Percent Stake in Topshop

Leonard Green & Partners is looking to acquire a share of the British retail operator from Sir Philip Green. The deal, which is said to be valued at up to £250m, would give Sir Philip the funds he needs to expand the current business and/or acquire new ones.
