Essential retailers paying employees to get vaccinated

Essential retailers, including Aldo, Dollar General, Lidl and Trader Joe's, are offering paid incentives for employees to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Restaurants such as Darden Restaurants, parent company of LongHorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden and other chains may be following suit.
