Estée Lauder looking to acquire Tom Ford

Estée Lauder, which has held the license to Tom Ford's cosmetics and fragrance lines, is considering an acquisition of the rest of the luxury fashion brand's business. The deal would be unusual for Estée Lauder, which has traditionally only sought to acquire other beauty brands.
