Europe's Just Eat Takeaway to acquire Grubhub

Just Eat Takeaway is acquiring rival Grubhub for $7.3 billion. Matt Maloney, Grubhub’s founder and CEO, will continue to lead the company's business in North America and join Just Eat Takeaway’s board of directors.
