Ex American Apparel CEO says he will make South Central LA 'cool'

Dov Charney claims that he personally brought downtown LA back when he moved American Apparel's headquarters there in 2000. Now, the controversial ex-CEO and founder of American Apparel, plans to open a direct competitor to his former company in another part of the city.
