Executive Changes at Penney

Robert Cavanaugh is stepping down as CFO at J.C. Penney. He will be replaced by Michael Dastugue, senior vice president of finance at the chain. The company also announced Ken Mangone has been appointed executive vice president of product development, design and sourcing, replacing Peter McGrath who retired last month.
