FDA attaches warning to J&J COVID vaccine

The Food and Drug Administration is warning consumers that Johnson & Johnson's one-dose COVID-19 vaccine comes with an increased risk of developing Guillain-Barré syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that causes muscle weakness and occasional paralysis. Most people who contract Guillain-Barré recover from its severe symptoms.
