Federal government bringing infant formula in from Australia
May 31, 2022
Bubs, a infant formula manufacturer in Australia, has agreed to send 27.5 million eight-ounce bottles of formula, including products made with goat’s milk and organic cow’s milk, to the U.S. The nation has been suffering a shortage of formula since an Abbott factory was shut down due to health reasons. The factory is in the process of being reopened but it will take weeks to make up the shortfall.
