Florida law would let workers sue over racial sensitivity training

Legislation that would restrict how issues of race are discussed in the workplace has been passed by Florida’s Republican-dominated state Senate. If the bill is signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis, workers would be able to sue employers for discussing the historical context of issues around race.
