Florida Pharmacies Deny Drugs to Out-of-Staters

A number of pharmacies in Florida have refused to fill prescriptions for drugs such as oxycodone, hydrocodone, methadone and alprazolam for consumers from outside the state fearing they are turning around and selling them on the street.
