Former American Apparel CEO says he's the victim here

Dov Charney was fired by American Apparel's board over allegations of sexual misconduct and misuse of company funds. Mr. Charney denies the charges and told a bankruptcy court judge that his attempts to regain control of the company he founded are being denied by an "impossible" board that refuses to give him "a fair shot."
