Former CFO sues Walgreens for defamation

Wade Miquelon is suing the drugstore chain for stories that said he was forced to resign after making a mistake on an earnings forecast. Mr. Miquelon said he has lost job opportunities as a result of the reports and that he left Walgreens for personal reasons.
