A former divisional vice president for purchasing at Kmart, William Mayville, has agreed to post $2 million in an escrow account. Kmart is sueing Mr. Mayville, alleging he and outside businessmen conspired to keep proceeds from equipment being sold off as part of Kmart’s liquidation.
