Former Rite Aid Boss Thinks Sentence Too Stiff

Attorneys for the former chairman and chief executive of Rite-Aid, Martin Grass, are expected to argue that his eight-year sentence to prison on conspiracy to defraud and obstruction of justice charges should be reduced by 40 percent because it is more harsh than sentences handed down in similar cases in the past.
