Former Wal-Mart Employee Sues Over Medical Pot Firing

A former Wal-Mart employee who is suffering with an inoperable brain tumor is suing the company over his dismissal when a routine company drug test showed marijuana in his system. The worker, Joseph Casias, has been legally using the drug for medicinal purposes in accordance with Michigan state law.
